Below we have answered some frequently asked questions, however if we missed one please feel free to reach out on our contact page and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Product Origins:

While all products come from Canadian owned businesses, some materials used in curating some of the products, may come from outside of Canada. That being said we take pride in the fact that the majority of products we supply are made from start to finish in Canada.

Ethics: 

All products available at Luxe Mood are eco-friendly and never tested on animals.

Candle Safety:

Please do not leave your burning candle unattended. It is best to use on a clean, heat resistance surface and, of course, keep it away from your pets, children and flammable materials.

Allergin Disclaimer:

Please be diligent in choosing your products, especially should you have any allergies or sensitivities. If any rash or discomfort develops, discontinue use immediately.  

Shipping Carrier:

Canada Post

Currently we only ship within Canada but we are hoping to expand in the near future.

Shipping Calculation:

Shipping rates are calculated by our carriers. The weight and size of your package may play a role in the cost. Luxe Mood does not receive any portion of the shipping cost's charged. 

 Return Policy:

While we hope you enjoy your products as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things go wrong. We want you to have a great experience with Luxe Mood so should you need to make a return please follow the guidelines below: 

- Luxe Mood will only accept returns for a product that is defective & unused.

- All products must be returned within 30 days of purchasing with a receipt.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
